  I purchased ticket for Granada and Albaicin Tour online. Prior to boarding the bus, I provided a printed PDF voucher identifying the Granada and Albaicin tour. Later when time to on Albaicin tour, the tour guide informed me that I had not purchased this portion of the tour. I additionally provided the iPhone Wallet voucher identifying the Granada and Albaicin tour; the guide refused to accept it. I then provided my confirmation email with the itemized fees that I had paid. On the bus, in front of thirty other tour participants, he demanded that I “pay, or get off the bus”. This guide lacks social skills and is unable to reason rationally. Granada was to be the highlight of my vacation, and I was denied a pleasant experience, and have no good memories of the day. There are other tour companies in Seville (I used one for another tour). Avoid AndalSur, seek out the other tour agencies.

  Great tour company! I had completely forgotten to conform with them the day before about my trip to Granada and Alhambra the following day. They messaged me to confirm all information instead! Their guide (Miguel) and driver (can't remember his name) were great! Miguel was especially fantastic as he was very attentive! Would definitely do a tour with them again and more so with their guide Miguel!

  We took an excursion to the Alhambra from Sevilla and it went very well. The drive is long and to our surprise there was a stop on the way in and back. Be sure to eat on the way in since the tour is 3 hours with no food break which they should warn you about. Also they drop you off in the city for lunch around 2PM but give no recommendations and were late to pick up. But overall it was a great tour and better than driving in ourselves but be prepared for a long day.

  I paid $184 for a full day Ronda tour. And they put me in a $112 White Village and 3 hours Ronda tour. The actual schedule and descriptions are not even remotely close. Scam.
