  If I could give Jose Gamero 6 stars I would. We recently purchased an apartment in Sevilla and, although we live in California, Jose made what could have been a very difficult process relatively easy. His office did a lot of the foot work for us: dealing with the government paperwork, having a lawyer onsite to review the contracts, helping with money transfer at the best rates, arranging insurance coverage etc. which was tremendously helpful. Joaquina, our agent, showed us a lot of places in a short period of time, had limited English, but more than made up for it with her fund of knowledge and experience in the Sevilla real estate market. We always had a translator available when needed. Jose Gamero, the head of the company speaks excellent English and really held our hand through most of the process.

  My 6 star rating for Sevilla 2000 has to do with a rain leak problem we had after we purchased the apartment. Jose not only dealt with the problem, but contacted our insurance and arranged repairs while we were in San Francisco! They can also help with vacation rental arrangements. If you are looking for an honest, accessible, English speaking real estate company - this is it.

  Cuando decides comprar tu piso, todo son dudas e incógnitas en el proceso, gracias a vosotros todo ha resultado muy sencillo, en todo momento al corriente de cada paso. Si queréis comprar no dudéis en poneros en contacto con Sevilla 2000, cuenta con un equipo muy profesional que rápidamente captan tus necesidades y preferencias, muy recomendable.

  José and the good people at Inmobiliaria Sevilla 2000 helped us buy an apartment in Sevilla last year. They were absolutely fabulous. They arranged for us to view more than a dozen properties during our short time there. They were honest, incredibly hard-working, and showed us exactly the types of properties (and price range) that we had requested. There is absolutely no way that we could have done this without their help. For Americans who may be considering buying a place in Sevilla and think they may save a little money by doing this on their own, I offer this advice: Sevilla 2000 will save you time, more time, money, and untold aggravation. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
