  Amazing accommodations! Breakfast is an outstanding continental, which I recommend. Conveniently situated near plenty of attractions (a fifteen walk will get you most anywhere) and dining, both touristic and local. Room was excellently furnished with tall ceiling and AC, among other niceties.

  Staff were very helpful and had great recommendations for trips and restuarants (Thanks Anna!!!). Every evening at 8pm for 30 minutes there is a guitar player in the salon which added to the relaxed feel of the hotel. The decor is quintessentially Spanish with the most amazing smell of jasmine.

  I can see this being a really nice 5* hotel. The lobby and hotel in general is beautiful. The staff were all very friendly, rooms pretty and unique. Nice rooftop terrace and included breakfast buffet. Very good location, right in the heart of town and a stone's throw from a number of amazing locations and food. But our experience was not wonderful. Our shower leaked dramatically out of the bathroom door, soaking our bedside rug. The next day the room smelled worse than wet dog. We mentioned it to the staff, but they failed to fix it the first night and the second offered to change our room. Again, all the people were very kind and apologetic, but it was still a very unpleasant experience. Then the second room's heat wouldn't turn on in any circumstances. Overall your experience would probably be very nice, but ours left room for improvement (literally)

  Superb, beautiful boutique hotel in traditional style with open leafy central courtyard. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (special mention for Stella). Fantastic location in the centre of the pedestrianised old town- Santa Cruz.

  Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower was powerful. Breakfast consisted of a nice fruit selection followed by a continental buffet. Nordine at the breakfast bar was very attentive. Great service!

  The hotel is ideally situated with most sights being a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes walk away.
