  I personally had great service. Everything was up front, no hidden fees or other surprises. The employee was helpful and very professional. Everything about this visit was quick and easy. Most reviews appear to be inconsistent, but our time here was fast, efficient, and straight forward.

  Bad experience. Took deposit without us being there yet, old fashioned asking to pay 10 euro a day for second driver (1/3 of total price), no one at car to register previous damages, did not give us parking ticket to go out so we had to walk back to office. As so often another bad experience with Avis (and other car rentals).

  Very disappointing experience. They charged my credit card twice!!! I haven't been able to receive the refund after more than one month since contacting the customer service. I takes ages to receive a simple reply from them! Would avoid at all costs in the future.

  Booked a car for 2 days and returned it on airport on time. Received a 600 USD bill for 1 day late return in addition to original charges of 250 USD (for 2 days). Really bad support.

  First we were msled as to the cost of the rental, then when the GPS lost signal and we ended up in the wrong lot and we were 20 minutes late we were charged an extra 85.00 Euros. Lies and terrible customer service.
