  No problems with Europcar, good service provided, except for the directions to the office and car park within the station.

  They charge 6euros extra for the privilege of being in the train station - This is not a benefit - It means you have to queue up twice, once at the desk and once in the car park! The person in the car park has a small car for an office - LOL.

  Hard to find location, and limited signage for returns. After figuring it out though, it was quite easy - you will not get a paper receipt, but rather one will be emailed to you.

  They did not have my car, they had given it to somebody else. They first said they had no other car available. Then they said I could have a car but it would be an extra 15eur/day, then they tried to give me another car which was smaller. Really poor service!!!

  The Europcar staff were very helpful and processed the check in very efficiently. They send you an email instantly with your final amount.
