  We received very bad service from the girl with curly blonde hair at the counter. She tried to force us to pay for extra insurance which was 3 times what we paid for the rental. She was quite rude to us after this and we spent almost 3 hours trying to sort out different drivers so we could pay. Its a shame she couldnt if been more helpful. I'm not surprised the reviews here are consistently terrible! One of the worst reviews I've seen on Google...ouch!

  Very cheap for a good car, but one of the employee was very rude. I refuse to take the super CDW as I already have a personnal insurance that cover rental. Almost like a threat, she said she would take money from my credit card for a single 1cm scratch....Luckily everything went fine and the second employee when I retrun the car was very nice. Had not read comments before so I did not know but I saw some people at the counter experiencing a lot of trouble of different kind so, just to be safe, I will probably not rent through them again....

  They rent based on prepay and if you want to return the car early you won't get a refund.

  Car full of scratches, long queue, and chase me for two ' new' scratches. Wonder why previous one were not fixed...
