  They charged us 109 euros for a tiny scratch on the passenger mirror that could have been there at first. The initial inspection is too fast and not thorough compared to the second one after you've returned the car. At first, upon the car pick-up, they even wanted us to sign a document identifying the damages to the car before we would even have had a chance to see it! We identified a damage on the driver door that has not been noticed by Hertz, but it appears that we might have missed another one. Don't do business with them! As I will not do business with them myself again!

  Don't use Hertz Seville, they will give you a huge bill for previously unlisted but existing scratches. E.g. a *tiny* 1 mm chip in windscreen. Their customer service is shocking, rude, and they have huge queues. They allow one customer in their office at a time, and everyone else needs to stand outside. Use Sixt or anyone else instead is my recommendation. If you use Hertz you will have a long walk, big delays, and probably miss your flight.

  ACHTUNG !! Seid vorsichtig . Sie verkaufen ohne Skrupel Versicherungen die man nicht braucht bzw. schon hat . Ich leihe mir auf der ganzen Welt Fahrzeuge aus , das ist mir noch nie passiert . Es ist immer irgendwann das erste Mal . Der Spaß hat mir über 200 Euro zusätzlich gekostet .

  Guys, renting a car is easy. Make your reservation online, don't change your reservation at the counter, and return it on time w a full tank of gas. This hertz was no acception. Friendly staff, nice automatic Mercedes SUV, bill at end of rental exactly what they quoted me. Delivered exactly as promised.
