  We rented the vehicle with its associated company, Dollar. It does not include any kind of insurance. It is the first time that I find conditions where I have to pay up to the full cost of the vehicle (15000 euros) in case of any damage. They offer a CDW to put down the maximum payment in case of accident to 1000 euros, which does not include scratches on the car, wheels or windows. If you want protection for those, you can hire another insurance, but you will have to pay up to 1000 euros in any case. In any case, these insurances are already more expensive than the rental itself. If you want full-coverage, then the final price is triple the amount you are paying for the car. Crazy. When taking the vehicle, we had to inform of scratches that were not in the report they gave us. On the way back, we were informed that there was a 2cm scratch on a door. After asking for a closer look, we rub our finger on it and part of it was dirt, so the “scratch” reduced to 1.2 cm. The scratch is unusual, a bit of a scratch that end abruptly. The worker admits that it is unusual and there is no way we had made it. In any case, they charge us 183 euros for that. 183 euros for a 1.2 cm scratch!! I do not recommend this office (Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty) to anybody. Unless you accept to pay triple the original price for the full-coverage, they will find the way to make you pay extra money.

  Compañía de coches de Alquiler con personal muy amables y en especial una chica llamada Cristina de recepción. Fue muy amable y acogedora.

  We didn't take the insurance because the visa credit card already has an insurance for rental, and they were not picky for that.
