  I will never use Sixt at Sevielle again, and will likely avoid Sixt all together in future. My wife and I rented from Sixt Sevielle Airport for one week. We returned the vehicle and everything checked out fine. About 10 months later they tried to get a couple of hundred dollars from us by sending us invoices and phoning our home in Canada. They claimed we had a damaged bumper. We had no such accident - and it was unethical in our view to check us through as fine and then try to bill us try 10 months later. Sixt then sent the invoice to a collection agency who phoned and harassed us several times. All this is after we tried to communicate with Sixt Seville directly to explain we felt that the charge was some type of error.

  Straightforward online booking, complete with calendar reminder and fast track pickup option. Excellent service, no queuing, hassle free. Spotless vehicle, as good as new. Return drop-off process equally smooth and quick. I have never experienced a holiday vehicle rental as good as this anywhere else before now. Competitive pricing was the cherry on the cake!

  One word of advice, take pictures of your entire car prior to driving and report every little thing that may be wrong, as they will charge you for anything they can find (even if it was already there). For two small scratches that nobody noticed for the pre-inspection and I still didn't catch when I returned it, I was charged $200.

  Very bed experience, we try to call this agency airport of Sevilla, to have car 4 hour before the time we have insert in web site, after 3 day of calls the only answer is that i must phone in england but nobody Answer. I contact the agency by internet chat and they say if i like to have car 4 hour befoure i must pay the doble amount that i've pay...500 euro for 7 days!!!! It's so so so bad. I don't know how people give 5 stars to sixt rental car. I'll like to give -5 if it'is possible.
