  Had a pedicure here today. Dont. They are not set up for it. No foot soak, instead they grind your sole down with an electric file with dust everywhere. Think house renovation. And the nail varnish is half applied, so looks patchy. Dont even think of it.

  Compared with similar Centres at other cities in Spain, the service is incredibly slow. There are 3 separate number systems, one for hair, one for waxing and one for nails. Just about every person waiting was there for waxing (only 5 ahead of me), but every time someone came in for one of the others, they were taken first by the only 2 people doing the waxing. Clearly they prefer not to do waxing. Just when I thought I was about to be next for a wax, the member of staff called out the number of someone who had just walked in the door to get there hair done. The only reason I'm not walking out is because they seem to want people to do that, and I'be been waiting 50 minutes and I should be next. Unless someone comes in now to get their nails done of course.

  Went in to simply trim the unhealthy ends off my hair and left the salon with drier more broken hair than I arrived with. Very disappointed in the harsh treatment of my hair by the salon "professionals."

  Not sure how the queue system works here but after having me wait an hour and a half for basic haircut, they finally sat me down. After that the stylist went to help two other ladies that had come in at least twenty minutes after me. Ten minutes later I left without a haircut.
