  Unbelievably bad service. There don't seem to be enough staff, neither to man the tills nor to help with product advice. Also, there is no indication of which tills you can pay at or not. I stood patiently waiting to be served by one staff member who was at the till who literally ignored me until I had to ask if she was going to serve me, only to be told that despite her visibly using the till that she couldn't sell me the product I was waiting to buy and should go somewhere else. I will be buying from Amazon in future.
