  Amazing cathedral with a great history (Christopher Columbus was buried here- you can see his magnificent monument). There's two lines to get into the cathedral, the line in front of a round monument is faster than the other. In the cathedral, there's a mirror that allows you to take a picture of yourselves with the ceiling. And try to get to the top of the cathedral - there's not much stairs (more of a steady incline). Views along the way

  Beautiful cathedral with an extremely elaborate interior. The impressive tomb - four statues holding up his casket, of Christoper Columbus is located inside the cathedral. Be sure to climb the tower for an excellent view of the city, and beware of the timing the bells might sound.

  From a historical perspective, the Seville Cathedral is not one of the top cathedrals in Europe, but it certainly is a fascinating place to visit. First, it was originally the location of a mosque and there are echoes of that in the architecture, most strongly in the Giralda or bell tower, which has a ramp going up almost to the top, which was used by the muezzin to ride a donkey. By the way, it's worth the walk to the top -- nice view if very crowded at the top. Second, the sheer size of the cathedral is spectacular.

  The beautiful catholic cathedral of Seville. Its a huge cathedral with amazing architecture and the tall bell-tower. Very closely situated to the Alcazar. This church is indeed a must-visit.

  Moreover, there are many beautiful doors and chapels in the cathedral that are worth inspecting closely, as well as an amazingly detailed alterpiece. It also was interesting to see the tombs of several famous people, including Pedro I and Christopher Columbus. Lines are very long at some times of the day but the cathedral is worth the wait.

  Take the 15 euro tour offer by the cathedral!! Informative guide, with great view. I recommend taking a later tour, so u can enjoy the sunset and can enjoy the quietness of the empty church in the end of the tour.
