  We had a wonderful experience thanks to Maria, our guide. She was funny and she gave us a lot of historical and artistic information and she told us a little curiosities with enthusiasm and passion. She was really competent and kind. The tour lasted two hours and 15m but we didn't feel the tiredness! So thanks Maria, we really appreciate your tour!

  Unfriendly and disrespectful to customer infront of us. Couple with baby were charged for the same price for baby and adults even though on the website it is stated otherwise. Started 40 min late.

  It was even worse for the ensuing Alcazar tour: there we had to wait in line 1 hour and 30 Minutes before finally getting in.

  Horrible experience. Definitely the worst tour guide experience and complete SCAM! Be AWARE!!! We booked this tour through Viator (Alcazar Fast Track Guided Tour) 2 days ago and the experience was awful. First of all (in fine prints tickets to exhibit were not included, but i can bypass this issue bc i did not read close enough). All the details in the tour state “Fast Track/ Skip Line” to alcazar palace- however we waited 2 hours in line ( non-organized and complete chaos. Many other tour guides went ahead of ours and we stood without water or drink for 2 hours+ before entering Alcazar. We chose English and our tour guide (Female lady w glasses) could barely speak english, our headsets were broken and to top that off she rushed through the tour with little history or knowledge of the exhibition and palace. A waste of time and definitely a waste of money. If you read other Viator tour experiences, you will see some similar horrible ones, and i wonder if they pay or fake ghe 5 star ones. All the guests in our tour (roughly 15) were upset and some lost their other booked tour due to the lack of organization and lack of experience these guys and our female tour guide had (by the way she never introduced herself or gave formal greeting at the beginning, so i dont know her name). Definitely read the poor reviews carefully of this company. I hope they will revamp their performance and improve website accuracy about lack of “fast pass / skip line” to Alcazar.

  My advice: don’t buy and pay for a Pancho tour. Make a reservation on line (during the 1-1/2 hr waiting we saw a constant stream of people with on line reservations pass without any delay) and then take a self-guide oral device which gives as good a self-guided tour than what we experienced – and this at a fraction of the cost!!

  One of the reasons we took and paid for the tours was to avoid having to stand in a long line to get into the Cathedral (as one of the advertising points of Pancho Tours is that with them one does not have to wait to get in). Wrong, we had to wait 20 Minutes befor the guide got us into the Cathedral – and this was rime cut off from the time to show and explain things.

  After the positive experience with the Free walking tour we decided to take three payable tours in order Cathedral, Alcazar and Flamenco. All three were at best poor and certainly not worth the money.

  To start with the Cathedral Tour: The start was totally disorganized and “conducted” by just about the only unfriendly person we had met during our stay in Sevilla. The guide was OK – but what was supposed to start at 11:15 and end in time for the next tour (Alcazar) scheduled to start at 12:45 started finally at 11:50 and ended at 13:20 (without any time for the Giralda!) only to find out that the 12:45 Alcazar tour was not yet even “organized” – and more about this bad experience later!
