  This is by far one of the prettiest Hard Rock restaurants my wife & I have been too! We've been to a few! The crew here is fantastic! We were greeted graciously by Luca & Manuela. Awesome duo who even let my wife and I choose a song to play in the restaurant. Fun! We had drinks with Alex at the bar and Gian Carlo was our server...both fantastic! On to the rock shop where Juanlu and José helped us find pens we needed for our ever growing collection. Had a rocking time with this great group of Hard Rockers!

  Terrible service at New Year. Kitchen team completely disorganized. Standard menu for everyone but an hour to serve each course. Congratulations to the waiters for keeping smiling but not the celebration we had hoped for. Look. No food. By the way, crushed ice with lime juice poured over it, is NOT lime sorbet
